1. Browse: All you need to do is browse our range of getaways – whether that is accommodation or a day spa experience – and make your choice. You can also use our Search facility (up the top left).

2. Book: When you find the experience you'd like to book, click the booking button on that page to contact the operator directly to request dates and any other information you might require.

3. Present: Present your certificate on arrival/check-in. If the value of your booking is greater than the certificate value, you simply pay the difference to the escape of your choice when you arrive.

But when you are ready to book, you must book through our website to validly redeem your certificate.
